Termination/SeveranceWritten notice must be given with a notice period of 4 weeks required for employees who have been employed for 5+ years, 3 weeks notice required for 3-5 years, 2 weeks required for 1-3 years or if the employee has been in the company for less than a year, one week notice is required by the employer. Severance payment is given based on continuous period of service, and pay rate is given for ordinary hours worked.
